Are race product unisex or men/women?
The products are gender specific except for the Youth product. Click on each individual event page for the product sizing chart.
Can I exchange my race product?
There will be no exchanges for race product for the 2021 virtual event.
Is the Servus Edmonton Marathon a Boston Qualifer?
The 2021 virtual event will not be a Boston qualifier.
When can I run the event?
You can run your 2021 Virtual Servus Edmonton Marathon anytime, anywhere between August 15-31,2021.

Are there age restrictions on any of the events?
18 years old is the recommended minimum age for the Marathon. For the Half Marathon, previousl Half Marathon experience and/or proper training is recommended.
When is Package Pick-up?
Free in-store pick-up at Running Room locations across Canada will be in early August. More information to come. If you chose $9.99 Direct to Home shipping, packages will be shipped out in early August.
Transfers and Refunds
No, there are no refunds for the 2021 Virtual Servus Edmonton Marathon
Can I transfer to another distance?
Yes. On your Confirmation Email, there is a Link to Transfer your registration to another event (distance). For more information view Participant Self-Transfer. To transfer to any distance there will be a $12 transfer fee (plus processing and taxes). Please note the difference in registrations fees is non-refundable. If you want to transfer up in distance, you must also pay the difference in registration fees.
Can I transfer my bib to another person?
Yes. On your Confirmation Email, there is a Link to Transfer your registration to another person. Click on this Link and put in the new person’s email address. The new person will receive an email and update with their own personal information. The fee to do this transfer is $12 (plus processing and taxes).
